ARAY Society is a social network for female golfers and the golf industry players. We are building a place for women to connect and a new way to interact with the golf industry players  and all things golf -

Responsibilities 

As a community intern you are the glue between the ARAY brand and our users and audience. You will act as our voice and moderator of the brand through community support, content creation on our different digital channels, as well as our offline engagement, all to build our brand presence and trust. 

Your role will be to support the planning and creation of our online and offline initiatives and to act, with the backup from our founders, the  face of our community.  

Your focus will be on:

  • Engage with our audience on our digital platforms, including instagram, TIKTOK, etc. 

  • Together with the  marketing team plan and create  digital and marketing activations.

  • Ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of service and experience.

  • Be the first touchpoint for our community members.

  • Make sure community questions are answered and delivered in appropriate time.

  • Together with the team come up with new creative ideas on how to heighten the experience of our brand.

  • Communicate with the team on improvement areas reflecting the feedback from the community.

Requirements 

We are looking for a team player with a great attitude! You love to communicate with new people, have a creative mind and you see the importance of details and efficiency. You are a multitasker, a doer and don't shy away to be the center of attention. You should have a positive mindset, be a good communicator,  organized, love to collaborate and get energy from engagement with new people.

You're a student or have experience in something related to community management or project management.

  • A great communicator both written and oral in Swedish and English

  • You’re someone who loves to engage with others and a love for building  trustworthy brand perceptions..

  • You are creative,  get things done and not afraid of taking initiatives.

  • You are a trustworthy social person who enjoys building  relationships.

  • Social media experience is ………

  • You have the opportunity to spend about X hours a week on this work - time intervals can be discussed.
